
Melissa "Missy" Peregrym (born June 16 1982) is a Canadian actress and former model. Her most well-known roles include her role in the series Stick It (2006) and Officer Andy McNally (ABC). Stick It (2006) and Officer Andy McNally (ABC and Global Television Network series Rookie Blue) in which she was nominated in the year 2016 for an Oscar. Peregrym was a Montrealer and was raised to Rev. Darrell Peregrym was a Pentecostal minister[2][3 and Vanessa Peregrym was a housewife. Peregrym describes herself as having been a tomboy while growing up in the year 2000. Peregrym made her acting debut in an episode of Dark Angel, shot in Vancouver, British Columbia. Following her debut role Peregrym was a cast member in guest roles in The Chris Isaak Show and Jake 2.0. She also played in Tru Calling, Smallville and Heroes. Peregrym was married to Australian actor Tom Oakley in Los Angeles on December 30, 2018. [21] Peregrym and Oakley were blessed with a son Otis Paradis Oakley on March 21 2020. [22] Mela Josephine, their daughter, was born on June 6 2022. The couple announced their news publicly via Instagram on July 8, 2022.
